A Journey of Faith, Family, and Resilience
Our date syrup brand began as a personal journey toward health and healing. As a cancer survivor, I discovered the benefits of dates, and during a trip to Israel, I was inspired by the popularity of date syrup. At the same time, with my husband retiring, I sought God’s guidance on how to support our family.
With my first daughter, we experimented in our kitchen, crafting our first batch of date syrup. The positive feedback from friends, family, and our church encouraged us to turn it into a business. Starting with just N60,000—my husband’s birthday gift—we set up a small factory. Our big break came when we won a COVID relief grant for small businesses, enabling us to grow.
Today, we are proud not only of our flagship date syrup but also of our commitment to sustainability and zero-waste practices. By utilizing every part of the date fruit, we now produce more than five date-centered products, including date coffee, date powders, date nectars, and date diet bars. From the seeds to the flesh, every part of the date is harnessed and put to good use.
What started as a simple passion has blossomed into a thriving brand rooted in love, faith, and a commitment to wellness and sustainability. Each product we create carries our family’s journey and dedication to sharing something meaningful with the world.
Due to the exceptional demand for our product, we have successfully expanded our distribution, ensuring that our sugar substitute is now available on the shelves of supermarkets and pharmacies across Abuja, Kano, and Kaduna.
